About Our Other Cooking Oils

Whether you’re using cooking oils as a chef at a five-star restaurant or a home cook making a wholesome meal for your family, the delicate flavor of Gourmet Factory’s superb quality, plant-based oils lets your fresh ingredients be the stars of the show. Our corn, vegetable, canola, and soybean oils, as well as our oil blends, have light flavors that won’t overpower the taste of your meals, so they can be used in a variety of cooking methods. They also have high smoke points, so our oils can withstand high temperatures without oxidizing or going rancid. You can be sure when you use Gourmet Factory cooking oils that they will meet all your expectations when used in your recipes.

Because different oils are better for different types of cooking, we offer a range of products that can round out the cooking needs of all types of chefs. For example, our cooking oils can be used for:

  • Deep frying – Corn oil has a high smoke point and a neutral flavor, so it’s perfect for frying
  • Sautéing – Vegetable and canola oils are often used in high-heat sautéing due to their light flavors and high smoke points
  • Creating condiments – Soybean oil is ideal for use in mayonnaise and salad dressings because its nearly undetectable flavor won’t detract from other ingredients
  • Baking – Corn, soybean, canola, and vegetable oils are regularly used in various baking applications with reliable results

Our company was founded in 1969 by the Kangadis family, and to this day, our Mediterranean roots continue to be evident in our high-quality, delicious, and healthy products. We always put our customers first by ensuring that we only offer products of the highest integrity, so you can feel confident in selecting our products for your cooking needs.
